"Oh yeah, you're right. It's definitely time for spring. I can hear the birds!"
"Aaaaaah, finally! Oh wait, it's snowing again. Hmmph. Nevermind."
That is what the weather man up in the clouds is saying to himself. Such an indecisive poor soul.
